¹⁶ The Lord is ^(A)King forever and ever;
^(B)Nations have perished from His land.
¹⁷ O Lord, You have heard the ^(C)desire of the ^[a]humble;
You will ^(D)strengthen their heart, ^(E)You will incline Your ear
¹⁸ To ^[b]vindicate the ^(F)orphan and the ^(G)oppressed,
So that man who is of the earth will no longer cause ^(H)terror.
